Refund Policy

Refunds
All sales are final We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective. For certain situations like missing an order, or placing the wrong order, we will consider a refund once reviewed and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payments. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.  IMPORTANT: International buyers should consider ensuring their purchase as international packages have a greater risk for loss. If your package is lost in shipping you will be responsible for cost if insurance is not purchased. If the package is returned for ANY reason, buyer will not receive a refund of shipping costs as we already paid for that package to ship.

 

Returns can only offer our store coupon. The item you are returning must be an unopened package and we need to be notified of the issue under 24 hours of product purchase. If the product is opened, tampered with or the 24 hours period elapsed, return or exchange will not be allowed and no coupon will be issued.

If your item is eligible for return, we will notify you by email and let you know when your coupon will be available. The coupon does not include shipping charges. You will have to pay for your shipping. The coupon is only to be used on our website to purchase products.

To start a return within the first 30 days only, you can contact us at bloomiegardenllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as drinks, or supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and certain personal care goods.  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials,Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact customer service at bloomiegardenllc@gmail.com for a possible refund.  

Lost/Stolen Package

If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.

Products Not Working? 

The Bloomie Garden Wellness team wants to be a part of your health journey. However, finding products  that work for you is a process you will see results with consistency. With this in mind, if one of our products does not seem to be the right fit for your skin, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution at a complimentary discount rate. This option is only available to return customers who have previously purchased an items, and has used it consistently for 90 days. We thank you for your support and understanding 🌼
